Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive, integrated retail marketing strategy aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
• Leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Offline & Online), including in-store marketing, events, customer engagement, and partnerships.
• Managing the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and tracking the performance of all marketing initiatives.
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop proactive marketing plans.
• Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing message consistency and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing content and promotional materials (e.g., advertisements, leaflets, window displays) to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Leading and developing the marketing team (if applicable) or coordinating with external agencies and vendors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Apparel FZCO is looking for a candidate with proven hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the fashion and retail industry.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in retail marketing, with preference given to experience in the apparel or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Omani and broader GCC retail market.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drove sales and brand awareness.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and collaborate across different departments.
• Leadership personality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
