Job Description

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the company's market share locally.
• Prospect for new client opportunities (Leads Generation) and build a strong, diverse client portfolio within the entertainment sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from product/service presentation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of market and client needs to offer tailored entertainment solutions.
• Participate in relevant industry trade shows and events to enhance brand presence.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.
• Work closely with internal marketing and project departments to ensure integrated client service delivery.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

QUBIT INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY is seeking candidates with a passion for sales and the entertainment industry, possessing the following skills:

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in sales, with preference given to experience in the entertainment, events, media, or services sector.
• Native proficiency in Arabic, with good command of written and spoken English.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive personality, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Required Personal Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Initiative and drive to achieve results.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Flexibility for mobility and meeting clients across Riyadh city.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and local business culture is a distinct advantage.
