Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Partnership Manager will hold a strategic position within the company's organizational structure, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, as well as building and managing a network of strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market reach and presence. The core responsibilities of this leadership role include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and implementation of effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve the company's defined financial targets. This involves identifying new market segments, exploring potential business opportunities, and converting them into tangible revenue streams.
- Client Portfolio Management & Growth: Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients while diligently pursuing the acquisition of new clients from local and international companies requiring corporate services in Dubai and the UAE.
- Strategic Partnership Building: Identify, pitch, and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses such as law firms, management consultancies, banks, and investment firms. These partnerships aim to create new revenue channels and enhance the integrated services offered to clients.
- Leadership & Supervision: Guide and motivate the sales team (if existing or to be built), ensuring the team meets its individual and collective goals. This includes ongoing training and development of team members.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities and threats. Utilize these insights to formulate proactive strategies.
- Company Representation: Represent Filings Corporate Services LLC at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote brand image and attract business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role in Dubai, you should meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 to 7 years in sales and/or partnership management, with a strong preference for experience in the corporate services, professional services, financial, or consulting sectors.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business landscape and regulatory environment in Dubai and the UAE in general. Knowledge of company formation procedures and regulatory compliance is a significant advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate teams, and make strategic decisions.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). Must be a skilled negotiator capable of closing deals and managing complex relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and market performance to guide decision-making.
- Results-Driven Orientation: A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant master's degree is an added advantage.
