Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts for advanced neuro and spine surgical products and technologies. They will be the primary account manager responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase market share and build long-term relationships with key clients. Core responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for a designated territory or account list in Qatar, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Building strong, sustainable business relationships with neurosurgeons, orthopaedic/spine surgeons, as well as hospital procurement departments and management in specialized medical centers.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this specialized role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Sciences, Medical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. Advanced degrees or specialized training in medical products are a plus.
- Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in medical device sales, with a strong, preferably exclusive, focus on neurosurgery or orthopaedic/spine surgery devices. Experience in the Qatari market or the GCC market in general is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: A deep understanding of anatomical and surgical concepts related to the nervous system and spine. The ability to grasp complex technical information and communicate it clearly and persuasively to healthcare professionals.
- Personal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. The ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit. The candidate must possess high integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
- Other Requirements: The applicant must have a valid residence permit in Qatar or be eligible to obtain one. A valid driver's license and private vehicle are typically required for such field-based roles. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
