  • Communications: Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally, receiving visitors, and responding to email inquiries.
  • Document Management: Preparing, editing, formatting, and printing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Filing Systems: Creating and maintaining an effective system for managing both paper and electronic files and documents to ensure easy access, confidentiality, and organization.
  • Travel and Logistics: Coordinating travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements for management or guests as required.
  • Routine Office Tasks: Managing office inventory of stationery and supplies, organizing the work environment, and completing other daily office tasks as directed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous practical experience of at least 1-3 years in a secretarial or administrative assistant role. Experience in a fast-paced work environment will be a distinct advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in using personal computers and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork.
    • Professional demeanor and tact in dealing with all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Personal Conditions: The applicant must possess a valid residency permit that allows them to work in the State of Kuwait.
