Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Electrical Engineer will hold a pivotal role within the engineering team and will be responsible for a range of critical, high-impact tasks:

• Design and Engineering: Lead and develop detailed electrical designs for major construction and development projects, including power systems, lighting, control, and safety systems.
• Technical Supervision: Provide direct supervision to engineering teams and technicians, guiding them to ensure work is executed according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and approved technical specifications.
• Project Management: Contribute effectively to the planning and scheduling of electrical projects, monitor costs, and ensure delivery within the defined timeline and budget.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. A Master's degree will be a strong added advantage.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on the design and implementation of major projects (e.g., commercial, luxury residential, utility, or industrial projects).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in electrical power systems, distribution systems, automation control systems, lighting systems, and fire alarm/protection systems.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, and system simulation software (e.g., ETAP or Dialux).
