Job Description

The Senior ESB Developer will play a pivotal role within the development team, being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platform. You will work closely with various business and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design effective, scalable integration solutions using an ESB platform.
• Develop, deploy, and configure ESB components to enable communication between disparate systems and applications.
• Create and implement web services (SOAP/REST), messaging flows, and complex data transformations.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of implemented integration solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance for developed services.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integration and provide technical support.
• Document technical designs and operational procedures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in enterprise integration.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven hands-on experience in developing integration solutions using leading ESB platforms such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Oracle Service Bus, or Apache ServiceMix.
• Deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and integration patterns.
• Strong expertise in web protocols and services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT).
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL) and programming languages like Java.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of integration security concepts (OAuth, SSL/TLS) is a strong plus.
