Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Integrator Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and effective integration between various internal systems or with client and partner systems. The core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing complex system integration projects from the planning phase through to final delivery and testing.
• Analyzing business requirements and designing scalable, sustainable integration solutions that meet strategic objectives.
• Working closely with internal development teams, operations teams, and company clients to understand workflows and business processes.
• Developing, configuring, and maintaining integration interfaces (APIs), web services, and data connectors between disparate systems.
• Conducting rigorous integration testing to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to integrations in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Documenting all integration processes, architectures, and operational procedures to preserve knowledge and support maintenance teams.
• Providing guidance and technical support to less experienced team members and promoting best practices in systems integration.
• Staying current with the latest technologies, standards, and trends in enterprise integration.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in systems integration, with a proven track record of managing and implementing successful integration projects.
• Deep hands-on experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or IBM Integration Bus.
• Strong proficiency in designing and programming APIs (RESTful, SOAP) and knowledge of common integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and query languages.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced technical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
