Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar technical field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in managing and delivering digital or technical projects and programs, with a career path demonstrating growth in responsibilities.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong knowledge in areas like data analytics, cloud computing, ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage.
