Job Description

The Senior Officer for Change Management will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading organizational change processes resulting from the implementation of new technological or procedural projects. Key expected responsibilities include:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential qualifications required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven practical experience in organizational change management, with involvement in technological or process transformation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of global change management models and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci methodology).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion abilities, with skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • The capability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from executive to operational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business processes and change impacts.
