Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Master Planning: Lead and develop comprehensive master plans for large-scale development projects, integrating infrastructure elements (roads, utilities, energy) with urban, social, and economic vision.
• Financial Control: Prepare and monitor detailed budgets, control costs, ensure delivery within allocated financial frameworks, and provide regular financial performance reporting.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer) is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing major infrastructure projects and/or master planning projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Regional Experience: Proven hands-on experience within the Middle East construction market, preferably specifically in Dubai or the UAE. Strong knowledge of local regulations and authorities is crucial.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate large, multi-national teams, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of master planning principles, infrastructure engineering, project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2), and relevant software.
