Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and Rosterfy's technology offerings. You will be the primary lead in understanding complex client requirements and translating them into practical, effective technical solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Discovery & Analysis: Conducting in-depth sessions with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and strategic goals related to volunteer and event workforce management.
• Solution Design & Planning: Developing detailed, customized solution plans and blueprints that demonstrate how the Rosterfy platform will be configured and implemented to meet the client's specific needs.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing key delivery phases, from pre-sales and planning through configuration, implementation, and final handover, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Technical Consultation & Training: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support sales and implementation teams, providing technical consultancy to clients, and designing and delivering training sessions for end-users.
• Ensuring Client Success: Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solution, contributing to their satisfaction and ongoing success.
• Internal Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, development, and product teams to convey market requirements and potential product enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in a technical or solutions consulting role, solutions engineering, or technical project management, preferably within the SaaS (Software as a Service) or event/workforce management technology sector.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements. A strong understanding of software development and project lifecycles.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a significant advantage. High-level presentation and persuasion skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Customer Orientation: A genuine passion for understanding and supporting customer needs and success. Effective listening skills and a talent for building trust.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Willingness to Travel: Readiness to travel within Qatar and the GCC region as required by business and client needs.
