Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The newly hired Software Engineer will be integrated into a full-fledged development team, playing a central role in the software product lifecycle. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design & Development: Designing, building, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications using the latest practices and technologies.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years in software engineering or development. Experience in similar work environments or within the FinTech/start-up sector is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/Node.js. Experience working with common frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET, React, Angular) and relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.
• Conceptual Knowledge: Deep understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
