  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all management levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
  • A solid understanding of maintenance and operations workflows in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption of new technology.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
