Job Overview

The Senior Specialist will hold a pivotal role within the Procurement division or department, primarily responsible for measuring and enhancing the performance and auditing of procurement activities across the Authority. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement procurement performance measurement frameworks and tools (KPIs) to monitor operational and financial effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive procurement performance analyses, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
• Review and monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, Omani regulations, and international best practices.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven focus on performance management, analytics, or internal auditing. Experience in the government sector or large investment institutions is a significant plus.
• Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement performance management principles and frameworks.
