Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily Operations Management: Supervise daily work scheduling, store opening and closing procedures, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, security, and safety are maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in retail store management, with preference for experience in the fashion or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service, and basic financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Good knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work during weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
