- Issuing materials and goods to requesting departments based on authorized official requisitions, ensuring complete documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's designated electronic systems.
- Conducting regular inventory counts (monthly/quarterly) and reconciling physical stock with records to identify any discrepancies.
- Ensuring the storeroom area is consistently clean and orderly, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the procurement team to report low-stock or nearly expired items.
- Preparing for inventory and ensuring necessary supplies are available for large events and functions hosted by the property.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements
