Job Description

The Control Tower Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the logistics control center operations. The Control Tower acts as the operational brain, monitoring, coordinating, and analyzing the flow of shipments, inventory, and transport across the network. You will be the lead accountable for ensuring operational performance targets are met, disruptions are minimized, and continuous process improvement is achieved.

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Directly supervising a team of operations controllers within the Control Tower.
• Monitoring real-time performance of logistics operations (transportation, warehouses, last-mile).
• Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues or delays, and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
• Analyzing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and preparing regular reports on operational efficiency and deviations.
• Coordinating with other departments such as warehouse management, transport teams, and customer service to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensuring all operations comply with set standards and protocols.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of work procedures and monitoring tools.
• Training and coaching team members to enhance their performance and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

noon is looking for candidates with a strong background in logistics supervision and proactive analytical skills.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of 3-5 years in logistics or operations management, with experience in team supervision.
• Previous experience working in a logistics Control Tower or operations control center environment is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick, evidence-based decisions.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English) to interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team towards goals.
