Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed supervisor will be entrusted with a range of core responsibilities focused on ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of food service equipment. These duties include:

Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be a suitable candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing food service equipment, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the working principles of various food service equipment (electrical, gas, mechanical, refrigeration) and the ability to read technical schematics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills (Arabic & English), problem-solving ability under pressure, and a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems applicable to the food sector in the Gulf region.
