Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of core tasks focused on quality and precision, including:

• Executing cutting, sewing, and finishing processes for various types of garments and apparel according to required specifications and measurements.
• Reading and understanding design patterns and implementing them with high accuracy.
• Making necessary alterations to ready-made or in-progress garments to ensure a perfect fit for the client.
• Inspecting fabric quality before starting work and selecting appropriate tools and threads for each fabric type.
• Maintaining and monitoring essential work tools such as sewing machines (straight stitch and zigzag), sergers, and industrial irons to ensure efficient workflow continuity.
• Adhering to quality standards and designated timelines for delivering the final product.
• Working collaboratively within a team or individually based on the nature of orders.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace (workshop or shop).

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
