Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for executing and following up on the company's effective recruitment strategies.   • Contributing to Talent Acquisition Strategy: Working with the HR team to develop and improve current recruitment policies and procedures to attract the best talent in the market.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Tracking and analyzing recruitment Key Performance Indicators (such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) and providing periodic reports to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with some of that experience in the Dubai or wider UAE job market.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to build relationships and interact with different management levels.
    • Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
    • High level of organization and time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Good knowledge of best practices and work ethics in the recruitment field.
