Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology).
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a related field, with proven supervisory experience for at least 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical principles and processes relevant to the field of work (this may include maintenance, manufacturing, installations, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate the team and manage performance.
• Strong analytical ability for complex problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in using computers, office software, and basic project management programs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of quality and occupational safety systems (e.g., ISO, OHSAS) is considered a significant advantage.
