Job Description

The Telco Territory Services Manager will be responsible for leading and growing the services business—including consulting, training, and education sales—within the dedicated telecommunications territory in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will focus on building deep strategic relationships with Red Hat's key telecommunications accounts, understanding their core business challenges, and delivering tailored service solutions based on Red Hat's comprehensive portfolio of open source products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a territory services sales strategy for the assigned telecom accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual services sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and the sales team to identify service opportunities and build compelling value propositions.
• Lead the sales cycle for complex service solutions, including consulting, managed services, and training.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within telecom organizations.
• Understand the technical and business challenges facing telecom operators and position Red Hat's solutions as part of their digital and cloud transformation journey.
• Collaborate with technical support, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

Red Hat is looking for candidates with a proven track record in a fast-paced technology sales environment, coupled with deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology services or consulting sales, with a strong focus on the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding complex, high-value sales targets.
• Strong understanding of modern telco technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and software-defined networking (SDN/NFV).
• Working knowledge of the open source software market and its competitive advantages.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both executive and technical levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working for a major global software vendor or technology consulting firm.
• Familiarity with Red Hat products and solutions, especially Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.
• An established professional network within the Saudi Arabian telecommunications sector.
