Job Description

The Training Specialist will play a pivotal role within the company's Human Resources Development department. This individual will be primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Educational Background & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Education.
• Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in designing and implementing training programs within a corporate environment.
• Previous experience working with international organizations or multinational corporations will be a strong added advantage.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-authoring tools.
