The Senior Service Management Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the company's service delivery strategies. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Nationality: Applicant must be a UAE National.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, PMP) are a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in service management or operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Manager level or above).
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of service management frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and experience with service management tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
