This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of managing the remainder of the recruitment process. This includes compiling feedback from both the candidate and hiring manager to determine the interests of all parties. Further, we will discuss how to present the offer, best practices for negotiating, and closing the deal. • Compile post interview feedback from candidate and hiring manager. • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and prepare offers. • Present and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. • Create a post-offer checklist
