This Specialization explores special topics in accounting that broaden how accounting professionals interpret business activity, support decision making, and apply technical guidance in practice. Across three courses, you will examine economic concepts and governmental and not-for-profit accounting, managerial and cost accounting tools for internal decision making, and core principles of corporate taxation. By the end of the Specialization, you will be able to analyze economic and organizational factors, evaluate internal accounting information, and apply taxation concepts to business scenarios using professional judgment
