Strategic Leadership

It’s said that the more unpredictable the environment, the greater the opportunity — if you have the leadership skills to capitalize on it. That’s what this course is for, to provide learners with the analytical frameworks and inspiration to help them define strategy within their organization. Learners will uncover leadership strengths through self-analysis to guide them through any situation. In this course, learners will define their inner aspirations, and how these influence their communication, decision-making, risk-taking, as well as how they interpret information and communicate stories of successes and failures.
