This long course develops communication governance and documentation practices that increase predictability and accountability for delivery teams. You will draft channel purpose statements and etiquette, set response SLAs, configure notification and naming conventions, and use collaborative-document templates to capture meeting outcomes and assign action items. The course teaches the use of RACI/RASCI frameworks to clarify role ownership and demonstrates pragmatic measurement approaches (response times and template usage) to monitor adoption.
