Rather than focusing on Agile theory, the course emphasizes practical judgment: what to document, where to document it, and how to make pages that teams actually return to. Through Coach Dialogues, videos, readings, and hands-on activities, learners develop habits that reduce confusion, improve follow-through, and support continuous improvement.
