Explore ways to make organizational culture more inclusive in this course from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
This course examines how to reimagine and reshape organizational culture in more inclusive ways. It first explores how to practice meaningful allyship, leverage your privilege in service of others and counter microaggressions with micro acts of courage. Building on this, you will consider organizational culture through the lens of engagement by focusing on ways to highlight cultural contribution and promote inclusivity through making every story matter.
