Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Account Management Executive will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing relationships with Tabby's existing merchant partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Tabby's partners (merchants), deeply understanding their business needs and ensuring their success and satisfaction with Tabby's services.
  • Driving Growth & Adoption: Proactively work with partners to increase product adoption, optimize campaign performance, and grow transaction volumes through consultative support and tailored solutions.
  • Account Retention: Monitor partner health metrics, identify potential churn risks, and develop/execute strategies to retain high-value clients.
  • Renewals & Upselling: Manage the contract renewal process and identify opportunities to expand the scope of services with existing partners.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to relay client feedback and ensure expectations are met and service is continuously improved.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze partner performance data to generate actionable insights and report on performance and opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 2-4 years in account management, sales, or business development. Experience in fintech, e-commerce, payments, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic.
    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to use data in decision-making.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of business fundamentals, e-commerce economics, and the digital payments ecosystem in the region.
