Job Description

The Talabat team is seeking a distinguished Assistant Manager Operations to join the tMart team in Oman. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily activities of digital stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and achieving set performance targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations at tMart stores.
• Managing the field team and ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
• Analyzing performance data and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinating with other departments such as procurement, marketing, and logistics.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and occupational health and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a multi-tasking team.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of operations management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
