• Assisting in the implementation of new technology projects and providing training and technical support to users on clinical systems.
• Monitoring the performance of clinical systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring service continuity while adhering to the highest standards of health information security and privacy.
• Contributing to the improvement of clinical workflows through the continuous optimization of existing systems and proposing innovative technological solutions.
