Qualifications & Key Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cost control or accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a good working knowledge of electronic accounting and invoicing systems (ERP) such as Oracle or SAP.
- Personal Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, and powerful communication skills (verbal and written). The ability to work under pressure and meet challenges head-on.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a distinct advantage.
