Job Description and Responsibilities

• Patrols & Inspections: Conducting regular patrols and inspections throughout the hotel, including back-of-house areas, storage rooms, and parking lots, to detect any security risks or safety regulation violations.
• Loss Prevention: Proactively working to identify and prevent activities that could lead to financial or physical loss for the hotel, including theft, fraud, or misuse of property.
• Reporting & Documentation: Preparing accurate and detailed reports on any incidents, observations, or actions taken during the shift and submitting them to senior management.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other hotel departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure an integrated approach to security and safety.
• Compliance: Ensuring all team procedures comply with local laws in Kuwait and global company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in security or loss prevention, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Supervisor, Shift Lead). Experience in the hotel or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of security and safety principles, emergency procedures, and loss prevention programs.
• Personal Skills:
