Job Description

Albatha Holding LLC is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join their Human Resources team at the headquarters in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the new employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and effective transition from recruitment to full integration into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve onboarding programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities, including welcoming new hires and providing introductory materials.
  • Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure necessary resources are prepared for new employees (e.g., computers, email accounts, access cards).
  • Monitor new employee performance during the probation period and provide necessary support.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness of onboarding programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in talent management and employee experience.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
