Job Description
As an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) module. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing business requirements and designing appropriate Oracle EBS HCM solutions.
- Configuring and customizing HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Conducting system testing and quality assurance before deployment.
- Training end-users on effective system usage.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to improve processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM, preferably with implementation and support projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, iRecruitment, Performance Management). Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Oracle certifications in EBS HCM are a plus.
