- Professional Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in Organizational Development, Workforce Management, or strategic HR consulting, preferably in an international or Gulf region work environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent analytical and consultative abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to lead projects and manage change.
- Business acumen and understanding of linking HR strategy to business objectives.
- Ability to work with all levels of management, from executives to staff.
