Job Description

The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role within the technology team, being responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). You will work closely with stakeholders across various company departments to understand business challenges and turn them into improvement opportunities through automation, analytics, and smart applications.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Lead the solution architecture design process using the Power Platform, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
• Development & Implementation: Build robust applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), create complex workflow automations via Power Automate, and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI.
• Internal Consulting: Act as an internal expert consultant for the business teams, helping them identify needs and providing technical recommendations for process improvement.
• Integration Management: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services, and external databases and APIs.
• Training & Support: Train end-users and provide technical support, creating comprehensive technical documentation for delivered solutions.
• Research & Development: Stay current with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem and Microsoft Cloud services, evaluating new features to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role in Dubai, you should meet the following criteria:

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and Power BI.
• Experience with data integration using custom and premium Connectors, and Azure services like Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of database concepts (e.g., Dataverse, SQL) and UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of security and compliance concepts within the Microsoft Cloud environment.
• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) is a significant advantage.
