Job Description and Key Responsibilities

- Managing the Procurement Process: Overseeing the complete procurement cycle, from receiving Purchase Requests (PRs) from various departments, through preparing tender and quotation documents (RFQs, RFPs), to issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring their execution.
- Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation: Conducting continuous market research to identify new, reliable local and international suppliers and contractors. Performing thorough evaluations of current and potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, reliability, and compliance.
- Conducting Negotiations: Negotiating contract terms and prices with suppliers to secure the best value for money while maintaining required quality standards and protecting the company's interests.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with the supplier network, addressing any disputes or delays, and ensuring adherence to signed contract terms.

Qualifications and Key Requirements
