Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Recruiter at SAP will be entrusted with a range of critical and diverse tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Owning the recruitment process from requisition planning, job posting, CV screening, and conducting initial interviews, to coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and finalizing onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing Strategy: Utilizing multiple recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukrigulf) and employing active sourcing techniques to identify and attract top local and international talent, particularly within specialized technical and commercial fields.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the application journey, reinforcing SAP's image as an Employer of Choice.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with SAP's business leaders and department heads to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment consultancy.
  • Metrics Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill and Offer Acceptance Rate, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Participating in networking events and career fairs to strengthen SAP's presence in the Saudi talent market.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in internal recruitment or with a recruitment agency, with a strong preference for experience in the technology or software sector.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of career paths and required skills in areas such as software development, technical sales, consulting, and customer support.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Strong analytical skills for CV screening and candidate assessment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social recruiting platforms.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
