Job Overview

The appointed Account Manager will be integrated into the organizational structure of Ghobash Group, which operates as an authorized agent and leading distributor for numerous prestigious global brands in the region. This role will primarily focus on the Fujifilm product portfolio, which encompasses a wide range of technological solutions and specialized equipment (such as printing systems, medical equipment, or advanced cameras and optical gear, depending on the focus of the Omani branch).

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve defined financial and quarterly targets for Fujifilm products.
  • Manage an existing portfolio of key accounts and build robust, long-term business relationships with them.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential clients to grow the customer base and increase market share.
  • Prepare professional and competitive proposals, and negotiate contracts and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and the company, understanding their deep-seated needs and providing appropriate solutions from the Fujifilm product range.
  • Monitor sales performance, and prepare regular reports on sales, market forecasts, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical support and marketing teams to ensure top-tier after-sales service and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the assigned Fujifilm products, their competitive advantages, and relevant technological developments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3-5 years in sales of technological solutions or specialized equipment, with preference given to experience in products similar to Fujifilm (e.g., printing systems, optical equipment, or medical solutions).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and successfully managing key accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Omani market dynamics and the Gulf business environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are a strong added advantage.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
