They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales & Application Specialist to drive their market presence and ensure optimal solution delivery to healthcare institutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will be the key driver for sales growth and ensuring the optimal application of the division's products within the Bahraini market, with potential regional coverage. You will handle diverse responsibilities that bridge commercial and technical aspects, making this position vital to operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the medical & surgical disposables product line (e.g., gloves, syringes, wound dressings, single-use surgical instruments, etc.) to achieve financial targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate strong working relationships with existing and potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and medical supply distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and application training for customers and medical staff on the correct use and technical features of the products.
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and customers, addressing technical inquiries and providing pre- and post-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and product competition to provide reports and recommendations to product management.
- Participate in medical exhibitions and conferences to promote the brand and expand the professional network.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and guidelines in Bahrain.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration with a healthcare focus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical product sales or support, with in-depth knowledge of the medical & surgical disposables market.
- Prior experience working in the Bahraini or wider GCC market is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment of the healthcare sector in the region.
Personal & Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with diverse clients.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market reports.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented spirit.
- Dynamic, results-driven personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for transportation.
