Job Description & Responsibilities

The incumbent for this role will be responsible for leading and developing the sales activity for integrated Identity and Security solutions that fundamentally leverage Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology. This role will focus on the UAE market, which is one of the most advanced and ready markets in the Gulf region for adopting cutting-edge digital technologies.

Key expected responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales strategy and developing execution plans to achieve financial and organizational targets within the Identity & Security solutions sector.
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities with potential clients, focusing on vital sectors such as e-Government, Financial Services (FinTech), Healthcare, Energy, and large enterprises.
  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Leading and guiding the sales team (or collaborating with internal teams), developing their skills in presenting the value of AI and security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of local market needs and challenges, and presenting tailored technical solutions that address these needs.
  • Preparing advanced technical proposals and presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure and handover.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends in cybersecurity, user identity, applied AI, and information technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To apply for this leadership position, the ideal candidate must possess a combination of skills and practical experience:

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience of at least 7-10 years in technology solutions or software sales, with a strong focus on one of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, Security Software, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
  • Practical experience in selling solutions based on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies is a significant competitive advantage.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets, preferably within the UAE or the wider Gulf region.
  • Experience in managing large accounts or leading a sales team.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, digital identity systems, and applied AI technologies in security.
  • Strong knowledge of security solution products and the market landscape (e.g., insider threat protection, cloud security, multi-factor authentication, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits for the client.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with C-Level executives.
