Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role within the company's design and creative department. Key responsibilities will involve taking design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency with the brand's visual identity. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, content, and management teams to develop effective visual materials that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing and advertising materials, including but not limited to: print and digital advertisements, presentations, brochures, infographics, social media assets, and promotional items.
• Lead and execute innovative creative concepts that fulfill marketing campaign requirements.
• Ensure visual brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and provide guidance/mentorship to junior designers when required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

Diyar United Company is looking for candidates with proven practical experience and a genuine passion for creative design.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating high creative and technical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in designing for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback constructively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

• Experience in User Interface (UI) or User Experience (UX) design.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Previous experience working in the real estate, construction, or development sectors (given the nature of the company's business).
