Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in managing, operating, and maintaining vital core banking systems for clients or the company itself. Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversight and Operations: Supervising the day-to-day smooth operation of core banking systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing advanced Level 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system-related issues, and managing service incidents.
• Development and Upgrades: Participating in system upgrade projects, implementing patches, security updates, and ensuring compliance with the latest standards.
• Integration and Testing: Working on the integration of the core banking system with other platforms (e.g., payment gateways, CRM systems) and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance.
• Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining technical and procedural documentation for the system. Providing training and support to end-users or internal support teams.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or equivalents). Previous experience in technology companies serving the financial sector or within banks themselves is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and query languages.
  • Experience with operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows Server).
