Be an alumnus or alumna of the University of Glasgow, or have completed a Study Abroad, International Summer School, or Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Glasgow.
Be self-funded, not fully funded by an external sponsor.
Be enrolled full-time or part-time in an eligible postgraduate programme.
Be starting a Postgraduate Taught Masters or Postgraduate Research programme for the 2026/27 academic session.
Note that external affiliate or joint-degree programmes where Glasgow was not the degree-granting institution do not qualify.
Excluded programmes include holiday courses, professional development, PGDE, diploma or certificate courses, international consortium masters, and distance learning programmes.
No formal application form is required; the discount is automatically applied at registration for postgraduate taught programmes. Appeals must be submitted by 31 January 2027 for the 2026/27 session.
