  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or Second Class Upper Honours for Master applicants
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or excellent Master results for PhD applicants
  • Age: maximum 40 years for Master programs
  • Age: maximum 45 years for PhD programs
  • Must be a citizen of an MIS-eligible country
  • English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 (PBT) or equivalent
  • Waived if previous degree was taught entirely in English (with official letter)
  • Must intend to study full-time at a participating Malaysian university

  • Certified passport copy (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Certified official academic transcripts
  • Certified previous academic certificates
  • English language proficiency certificate (IELTS/TOEFL or university letter)
  • Two academic recommendation letters from university professors
  • Research proposal (for PhD and research-based Master — minimum 1,000 words)
  • Updated CV/Resume
  • Endorsement Form
