  • NOC 31102 (General practitioners/family physicians) or NOC 31101 (Surgery specialists) or NOC 31100 (Clinical/laboratory medicine specialists)
  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)
  • Provincial/territorial medical licensure from regulatory authority
  • Medical Council of Canada examinations
  • Minimum CLB 7 language proficiency (IELTS 6.0 per section)
  • IRCC-approved medical examination
  • Police certificates from all countries of residence
  • Proof of financial settlement capacity
